Management Team

Taras Grytsenko is a business development leader and a catalyst for change in SSA Group. Having extensive experience in the IT field, he contributed significantly to the company’s growth.

After earning a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, he continued education in the UK at WIT (University of Wales) and received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in IT and Numerical Methods in December 2008. Taras is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Project Management Professional, and Professional Scrum Master.

After co-founding SSA Group in 2007, Taras headed Mobile, Data & Desktop departments, as well as a sales team. Being a Chief Technology Officer from 2008 to 2015, he led technology strategy and execution, building cutting-edge solutions for SSA Group partners. With strong negotiation skills, Taras has a successful track record of facilitating win-win situations across SSA Group and with the blue-chip business partners. Taras held the position of CEO from 2016 to 2017.

Apart from this, he launched Event-O-Planner, a platform for rapid development of mobile apps for events, and Secret Horse, a gambling platform for predicting horse race outcomes.

Throughout his career, Taras strived to extend the breadth of the business and to improve quality for the clients’ projects. In October 2019, he became a Chief Executive Officer of SSA Group for the second time.

Having more than 20-year experience in IT, Arkadiy Kostanyan became a Chief Technology Officer of SSA Group in 2019.

Being a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Arkadiy has led dozens of technology-driven projects in multiple industries. His expertise includes the development of complex web systems via the adoption of large-scale automation, cloud technologies, and AI.

Having acquired a Master’s degree in Computer Science from National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, he authored research publications on natural language processing techniques and non-functional requirements processing.

Being a Candidate Master of Sports, he often participates in table tennis IT tournaments.

Pavlo Pochuyev received a Master of Science degree in National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2003, and soon after completed an internship program at Universität Klagenfurt, Austria.

Being a Zend Certified Engineer and Professional Scrum Master, he led PHP, Node.js, eCommerce, and Frontend departments. Extensive experience in various types of software development, sales, and account management allowed Pavlo to become an advisor for the clients on how to achieve business objectives in the projects.

Pavlo became the first Chief Executive Officer of SSA Group. But since 2019, he has concentrated on managing marketing, branding, and PR activities, driving business outcomes.

Tetiana Grytsenko is a legal expert and executive with extensive experience in Jurisprudence. Since 2010, she has been working in SSA Group and formed the basis of Finance, Recruitment and HR departments.

Having a Master’s degree in Business Law from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, she ensures the company’s activities are in full compliance with national and international regulations.

Since 2016, Tetiana has been holding the position of Chief Administrative Officer of SSA Group. She is fully engaged in managing business processes, accounting, business support, financial planning, and analysis.

Since 2012, Yevgen has been working in SSA Group. With a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Kharkiv Aviation Institute and excellent skills in web and desktop .NET technologies, he is also a Xamarin Certified Mobile Developer.

In December 2018, Yevgen became a Head of Data and Desktop Department, consisting of data science specialists and developers. Having extensive experience in Data Science, Yevgen’s team designs scalable data solutions, combining the entire range of database-related activities, such as Data Collection, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Big Data.

Yevgen focuses on extending his department’s expertise and improving an in-house web crawling solution, providing enterprises with data visualization and analysis tools, means of brand perception analysis, customer satisfaction, and sales prediction.

Among the clients of Data and Desktop Department are Data Ladder, Stanley Black & Decker, Maier & Maier, and ZignSec.

Dmytro is a recognized expert in creating native and cross-platform mobile apps with more than 20-year experience. Having obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, he’s gone an extra mile to get his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Progressive Information Technologies. Dmytro is an unchallenged leader of the SSA Group team in intellectual game #ITchgk.

Since 2016, he has been leading the Mobile development department, consisting of mobile application developers, QA engineers, and project managers. Before becoming a Head of the department, he has worked as a project manager in this department for four years. Dmytro strives to create a challenging atmosphere on every project to attain the clients’ business goals.

SSA Mobile designed applications for Manchester City F.C., BVS, Warner Bros. Entertainment, BMW, ASICS, and other brands.

Having obtained a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Dmytro has been working with C#/.NET since 2012. In 2016, he became a Head of Backend .NET Europe Department.

Being a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, he excels at a wide range of tools and technologies, such as ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, as well as Umbraco and EpiServer content management systems.

Dmytro enjoys speaking at IT-events and has broad experience in coaching up-and-coming .NET developers. He has led the development of an in-house solution Tinifier, a plugin for image compression, which was awarded “Best Package” for Umbraco in 2019.

Among the clients of the department are ALDO, Visbook, Texaco, MX Advertising, BVS, and Exevator.

Having joined SSA Group in 2012, Volodymyr is an expert in .NET technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in System Analysis from National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.

Being a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and Kentico Certified Developer, Volodymyr served as a Team leader on the ASP.NET based CMS projects. Since December 2018, he has been leading the Backend .NET USA department. The main expertise of the department lies in development of highly-scalable ASP.NET solutions, such as SaaS, corporate portals, online stores, etc. 

Apart from IT, he represents SSA Group in intellectual game #ITchgk and outdoor activities, such as city marathons and obstacle course races.

Among the clients of the Backend .NET USA team are On-site, Moonstone, InnovationDB, TALLGRASS.AI, and Fuze.

Vasylyna is an expert in PHP and Magento e-commerce platform. Before joining SSA Group in 2018, she has been working as a Magento developer for four years. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer technologies of the Machine-building industry from Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy.

Since December 2019, Vasylyna has been leading the Ecommerce department. The department has strong expertise in the development of e-commerce solutions for small and medium-sized businesses using Magento technologies.

Also, the Ecommerce department is a supplier of fully-fledged Magento extensions to Wezz e-Commerce, Westpoint Digital, Mirasvit, and other partners. Among the clients are Adidas, RADBAG, Samsung, Panasonic, and more.

Since October 2010, Yuliya Selutina has been working in SSA Group. She has obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.

In June 2016, Yulia became a Senior Accountant, and since January 2019, she holds the position of Accountant Lead. Her responsibilities cover accounting, financial planning, and other financial operations in SSA Group.

Having obtained solid knowledge of Software Engineering from the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, Artur has been working with JavaScript on commercial projects since 2012. In June 2020, he became the Head of the Backend Node.js Department.

Department focuses on the full-stack javascript development for different industries, like insurance, building & construction, organisation of events.

Artur is an experienced speaker at JavaScript-dedicated IT-events and mentor. He excels and enjoys sharing his practical experience with a wide range of technologies, such as Node.JS, React, and so forth.

Natalia Korostelyova has been working in SSA Group as a Business Development Manager since 2014.

Having obtained a Master’s degree in English and Japanese Language and Literature from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, she decided to build her career in sales.

Since December 2019, Nataliia holds the position of Lead BDM, fostering business relationships with the company’s clients.

Tetiana Yurenkova has obtained a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics.

Since February 2017, Tetiana has been working in SSA Group and in November 2020, Tetiana became a Recruitment Lead.

Tetiana is fully engaged in the development of the recruitment department and providing relevant candidates for our clients’ projects.

Tetyana Potanina has obtained a Master’s degree in Jurisprudence from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law.

In April 2017, Tetyana started to work in SSA Group and became a People Partner Lead in February 2019.

As a leader of the People Partners department, Tetyana focuses on employee adaptation, professional learning & development, as well as retention programmes.
